I pulled my soon to be husbands credit report for him the other day and we found that there are a lot of inaccurate things on his report like, different variations of his name, wrong addresses listed wrong last name and wrong job history and it even has his current job wrong. Now our problem is that he is a Jack the 3rd and his father is Jack Jr so how do we go about fixing these things and what about fixing this that he knows with out a doubt that are on his report that do not belong to him like taxes leans and credit card accounts. My Jack doesn't even owen land or any property so how can there be a tax lean on his report? Please help asap.

Dispute the wrong entries as inaccurate, and let the CRAs figure it out.

If the CRA's verify the info as accurate, then contact them and find out who is reporting the inaccurate info. Contact the data furnisher and update their info. Generally TU and EQ(CSC) are easier to deal with than EX in regards to inaccurate personal info.

This is a common problem. My experience with my own customers is that rarely do they initially tell me they are a Sr, Jr, III, etc -- they usually leave that suffix off of the credit application because they think it doesn't matter...
When that happens, there can be problems reporting the account, because the credit bureaus don't always know who's who. (Although they should be able to tell by DOB).
Not to say your Jack is at fault - just trying to explain why this might have happened. He should dispute those accounts with the bureaus.
But if the problem stems from the creditor not having the correct suffix on file, then those creditors need to update their systems to reflect a Jr, Sr, or III - so that they can report the account correctly. Your Jack should contact the creditors and clarify that he did not borrow money from them and they have an obligation to report on the correct debtor, which is not him.
