I have a PDL reporting on my credit report. They have it listed twice, and the dollar amount is in accurate.

I have disputed it with experian stating the balance is incorrect and multiple inaccuracies please verify all data.

Should I have done it a different way. Also I have bank statements to prove what I say is true, what if the PDL lies about the amount owed. Can I still send these documents in.

Why is the account listed twice? Do you still have the account with the creditor or it has gone to a collector?

dispute both entries as illegal pdl's that you are disputing with your AG.the entries should be deleted.

disputing with the credit bureaues is the right solution for this problem.Make sure you produce all the required document before the authorities.
