Is it right that I have 3 bad checks and 2 phone bills on my report as installment accounts? They are listed as collections and they should be. My problem is they are also listed under installment accounts. How do they figure either type of account is an installment account? Help?

The listing is incorrect and should be corrected. A collection account is not a installment account.

How do I dispute it? Should I just select other and explain what I explained here?

If you are using online,select other and inform them this is not a installment account.Better option is a mail in dispute.
