Kansas counnselors reported a case to experian.
After I called there they dont know anything about me.
Either me or my husband can be found.
The account no is missing the last 4 no. there are only xxxx
After I spend 3 hours on the phone listening to the machine I need to know how I can get some information
Please help

If you feel that inaccurate information has been reported on your credit report, then you should dispute the information with the credit bureau. Experian will investigate your case within 45 days of receiving your written request.

You can send the following letter to dispute the inaccurate information with credit bureau:
