Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - members

I recently pulled TransUnion to make sure none of the pdls were on there. I now notice that there are 2 entries that are older than 7 years and that were discharged in a previous BK that are still listed. There are also 2 entries that show open that were paid more than 4 years ago. What do I do to have these removed???

You need to dispute them. Check all your reports-Equifax and Experian also, just in case they are there. You can either dispute online, or by mail.

Dispute the old ones as obsolete/past reporting time.Dispute the open account as paid in full.It is better to mail in to provide a paper trail if the bureaus try to violate the law. Jessie is correct that you need a updated copy of all three before starting the dispute process.
