RMCN has slick marketing and a high price.
They can do nothing more than anyone can do themselves. They claim to have a V phase program but will not disclose what that is. In fact, through the one year program, I constantly asked which phase I am in and never received an answer.
I have been liberated of $1600.00 and did see some results right away after initial dispute letters were sent out. RMCN communicated in codes which were hard to understand and never was able to give any straight answers to my status or especially able to do anything more than general disputes.
In particular I had three misreported and outdated items and plenty of documentation to show they should be removed. I requested the personal attention Mike Doyle, sales/customer service rep, claimed they would give to my account if I signed up. RMCN could not get the job done or even show they would do anymore than send generic letters. Mike is also very busy with sales efforts.
Doug Parker, president of RMCN was involved a few times at my request but left the work to others who never returned my calls, answered my e-mails or worked on my account.
Marketing and sales of an overpriced product will creat one of the fastest growing companies in Texas.
After four more months of run around, I have hired Your credit 101 to do the clean up I need at a whopping $299.00
