Can anyone tell me, after the settlement process is completed, how long it takes to see credit scores start to rise again? I will have no trouble, during the settlement, making my other bills on time. This will include using gas cards. I will have some positive things going on at the same time.

It’s nice that you will be able to pay off the debts through the debt settlement program and keep current on other bills outside the program. The creditors will update your accounts with the credit bureaus and your scores will improve with the paid debts. But the positive effect won't be much if they are reported as "settled". Make sure that you ask the settlement company to call the creditors and do a fair reporting. "Paid" or "Paid as agreed" status will be viewed nicely when you are looking for new credit in the future.
