I just had my first successful REMOVAL from credit reports agreement. I called the credit agency and let them know of my willingness to pay the account in full, but that they needed to do something in return: DELETE FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES.
They pushed back at first. But I interrupted her and said that the hard true fact is that I have several who I need to pay, and that funds are tight, so I will only be paying those who accept my terms. And ended with "Pattie (her name), do you want to get paid?".
She had to discuss with her manager and called me back after 10 minutes. I just received the faxed signed letter.
WOOOHHOOOOOO!!!!! Now I am off to call the others and make the same deal.
