Does this Atty 'specialize' in anything specific? I think I've seen ads on TV about him..I live in PA. A friend of mine is looking for a good atty. She had some major credit issues, etc. I DID tell her about this site, however.

He is a scammer. He wasnt able to settle my debts and then said I needed to do a bankruptcy. The bankruotcy was botched and took forever despite me giving them all my documents early. he goes through attorneys like underwear. do not use this ripoff artist. the debt settlements fail and then he gets u to do a bankruptcy so he can earn fees from u many times over.

Not all debts can be settled....this doesnt make him a scammer. Some creditors just wont settle...those are the risks you take. And a bankruptcy being botched wouldnt be his fault unless he did it for you.

I'm just curious what his fee was. I've looked at Websites, BBB, etc., myself. he DOES have a good reputation and rating. I've never used his services for anything, though.

Mack gets 20% of what the debt is reduced. Be warned, you may be sued by the creditor while negotiations are underway. Then you're in deep.

I went to him for a bankruptcy, which is generally a quick process if you have all of your documents ready. It took over a year, requiring me to constantly get more documents becuase they took too long (new pay stubbs etc). They are not worth the headaches. His BBB rating means nothing, if u merely comply with a few things u will get one. I would recommend using a smaller firm. Bankruptcy work is not too complicated, and my case (a ch 7) should've been done in about 4 months, instead took 16!

Anyone can get a BBB rating (well, almost) and anyone can put up a website saying they r a family man and they are all about justice, but this is just marketing. I don't know about debt settlement, but for a BK, go somewhere--anywhere--else.

Dear Friends,

Michael Mack f/k/a MGM Law Offices, MGM Lawyer, a/k/a The Credit Man, Christian Lawyer, etc. At first, this man is charming and convincing. He pretends to be religious and empathic to lure you in. Don't be fooled. Please do your research on CCAP: http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl. Under business name type in: MGM Law*. The cases on here are all creditors he has burned.

This man should be ashamed of himself - but that would require a conscience.

One word: Run

He is no family man. He is having affairs. A christian? Not by my standards. He goes through office staff like babies go through diapers. Don't trust him. He will make things worse. He is a egotistical jerk.

Do your homework, after reviewing his site, he has an enormous amount of satisfied customers. Wonderful Testimonials to prove it. and an A rating with the BBB. I am curious to find out how "NO FAN" and "SOMEONE WHO KNOWS" has so much inside information on his personal life and office staff?(possibly former upset employee maybe?) Either way it is hard to ignore the facts that he is recognized by the BBB with an A rating and after listening to all the testimonials, I would ignore those posts they do not seem to have an validity. Make your own decisions once talking with their office.

It is comical, your response to the negative fedback on him: You write: "Do your homework, after reviewing his site, he has an enormous amount of satisfied customers. Wonderful Testimonials to prove it."

How can THAT be proof: How does reading testimonials ON HIS SITE, constitute doing your homework? Why would there be ANY negative feedback on HIS site? Get real. Looking at someone's webiste to see if he is legit is TERRIBLE advice. My 7 year old knows that toys dont work like the advertisers say....WOW...all I can say to you is WOW

Speaking of Commical:

I would continue this arguement with you, but obviously your 7 year old has probally more intelligence than you. Again with an (A) BBB rating, positive feedback on this site and others, that it is good enough for me, so good luck on continuing to be an idiot you seem to be well on your way.
