I actually got my 3 n 1 report from trucredit.com. I dont know if that could be the reason for the double entries but there a more than 4 on there. I am trying to get my credit cleaned up and then seeing that scared me alot. But I think I will dispute that on my report.

I applaud your efforts in trying to clear up your credit. Remaining vigilant for errors and false reports will help you catch things that could only serve to bring your credit down.
Yes, I agree that you should just try to see if it is an actual error on your report. Even if it is a typo, it would still constitute inaccurate data. So get that cleaned up because you do not know how it is affecting your score.
Keep us informed on your progress. You should hear from them within 30 days of sending your letter. They will provide you with a written response. And if they correct something on your report, then they will provide you with a new report free of charge.
If an item is changed or removed, the Credit Reporting Agency cannot put the disputed information back in your file unless the information provider verifies its accuracy and completeness, and the Credit Reporting Agency gives you a written notice that includes the name, address, and phone number of the provider.
