Bass & Associates 866-900-7694 Bank Fraud

bass and associates did not call me, they called my mother(looking for me) and left an extremely rude message in her answering machine. when i first heard it I freaked out, but then it struck me as odd that they didn't say what kind of company they were. When i looked them up, I found this and a few other sites that lead me to the truth. thanks

No one who is genuine would praise Ass....I mean, Bass and Associates, unless they belong to the criminal network itself. If you are an employee of this illegally run company, get lost and find a real job. You loser.

'got the call': Please save the recording if you can. Make a copy of it. Send a copy with a complaint to the Florida Attorney General....this could help with the investigation. Also, if you have the means, put it online so we can all hear the recording.

these douche bags are crooks they said they were with payday ok, i sent them the money but paydaok called me and saying they dont even know who those people are, whos lying?

there are good liars they had me, they said there are with payday ok, well payday ok called me and asking me money which i sent yesterday, mmmm, and i told them what happen yesterday but payday ok never heard of them, who's lying?

They are both liars, and know full well of each others existance. If you have any record of making a payment, send copies and a complaint to the Attorney General of Florida, and tell these guys at Bass and Associates to kiss your ass.

He was taking a dump, reading a magazine, his legs went numb due to sitting too long and fell when trying to get to the phone...lol...I made that part up.

I have also been contacted by these idiots. I had my attorney call back and spoke with David Jacobs and he admitted that they were not litigators but collectors and that I had been mailed documention of this debt, He gave my attorney this fax # 904-598-0207, which isnt a fax number at all. I owe this money but I am leary of making the payment.................

jthamblin: you legally do not have to pay if they have not officially validated the debt. If they do not send you a certifies validation, tell them to fuuk off until they do. By the way, make sure you pay only what YOUR state allows...do not pay extortion fees and interest.

I thought you had to pay even though they dont validate the debt?

If it goes to a collection agency, they MUST validate the debt, otherwise, anyone can call you and tell you that you owe money. Even if you don't. That is one right that the Feds have given to us in the laws.

I just got a call from these idiots today. I spoke with a real ****named Karen Walker and she proceeded to tell me that I was under investigation for bank fraud!!!!! She said I was going to loose my job and be "picked up" if I didn't send them the entire amount today. She said there must be pawn shops in the area or borrow the money from a friend. I called my atty. and he said don't send them a dime! I'm glad I found this site!
