What will happen when i give you my address? Will it change anything? Will you pay your debt or continue to be a debtor? What hearing? When you have documents of a hearing please let me know. When you call my office again ask for Maria Sanchez she is a manager and will not refuse the address ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What will happen is, you will have to validate the debts you claim you are collecting on. Why is it such a secret what your address is. If you were doing nothing illegal, you would have no problem giving your address. Only the companies that are conducting illegal activites are the ones who refuse to give their physical address. Why do you have a problem giving your address? Could it be so the AG in Florida doesn't catch you?

Yes actually I will pay the debt. I told them I would mail a money order so that I had some type of proof of payment. How am I supposed to mail it if no one will give me the address.

Belive it or not. I was able to verify through the USPS that it is the correct address. This maybe the first truth that possibly a member of this company has said. Amazing it took 6 pages to get it out of them.

Finally an address! Now everyone who has been contacted by this company, make them validate the debt they state you owe. Also, now everyone can file their complaints against this company for the threats they have issued to people.

Well Tammy filing a complaint will not make your debt go away!!!!! You will still be responsible for paying this!!!! If you dont want to pay us thats fine but you will pay to another agency!!!! So dont think you are getting off. You all want someone to feel sorry for you cause you think you were threatened please people get a life. If someone owed you money you would feel different but since you all had payday loans you probably cant afford to loan money out so you wouldnt know how it feels. Stay out of debt and you wont have any problems. If you dont pay your light bill and the light company says they are gonna cut your lights off will you consider that a threat? Will you file a complaint against them? Or better yet will you tell them to validate the amount of electricity you used? No you wont cause you have to pay your light bill to live. But since you think you all got free money it's ok to have a forum and talk about shutting companies down. Maybe you all need a job or a second job to pay these debts instead of being on a computer all day talking about nothing!!!!!

Actually, when you get your electric bill, they tell you how much electricy you have used. So I guess they beat the customer to the punch and provide that information.

And if I question the usage (as I have in the past), I can call them and they will send me something. Once, there was actually a billing error that my electric company corrected.

Ok - enough with the personal attacks. Let's all be adults here and when we contact each other on the phone.

The energy company sends us a bill and statement in the mail. The energy company also gives out the address and does not threaten us with arrest if we cannot pay our bill. They don't tell us they are submitting affadavits to have somebody come and pick us up. The energy company also sets up payment arrangements if needed. Nobody on here is saying they don't want to pay their bills. I for one am not going to just up and send a company a money gram for $700 without seeing something on paper.
Which goes back to my question in an earlier post....Why doesn't your company send out letters in the mail? It's required by law, especially when requested.

I just want to let everyone know that i have filed a complaint against bass and associates for calling and threating me with bank fraud and jail at work. I will be sending it out in a few minutes to the attorney general's office.
