I have two charges on my bank account. The one from FTR I finally figured out. But there's one on my statement that says RIO RESO and my bank is unable to tell me who is taking my money! Can someone there help me please?

My guess is that it is Rio Resources, for a payday loan. Here is the contact info that I have on them:

Your bank should know the company debiting money from your account. They have a transaction ID through which the company does the debits. You can ask your bank to block the company from doing further debits. Did you authorize Rio to debit from your account in writing? If you have nothing in writing from the company, this can be considered a fraudulent activity. Talk to a lawyer on how to proceed ahead in this direction.

Dana - you should be able to ask someone at your bank to pull up a history of transactions on your account. Any debits should display the name of the company that issued the transaction.
