This number is not shown anywhere in the internet. I think it's an unlisted number or maybe from an auto dialer. Do you know the purpose of the call?

Tiffany, did you deal with JC Penney Credit Services in the past? Any ideas?? I am having some problems with them. They are hitting my credit report for an account marked disputed.

No, I've never dealt with them. In what way are they hitting your report, with inquiries or updating the payment history with late statuses?

I recently got a call from that number also and if it is JC Penney... why would they be calling? I mean... I do shop there and I do have a card with them but what would be a reason they would call?
