Ok, guys if you've looked at my other post , you will see that webpay day had the nerve to fax me the loan papers at work! This was yesteday that i received this. Really emberassing and i'm furious! They faxed me these papers on 1o/18 and i just got them yesterday so i know the mailroom plp are having a ball! Now again today I get the same exact fax w/ the same date on it. The rep faxed me twice the same info w/ the balance being different from the one before. The 1st one said i owed 600.00 and the second one now says i owe about 400.00 all this because i didnt make my last payment of 65.00 last month! I just want to go to NM and wring their necks! The fax line area code says 215 which is PA. I don't know what to do short of hiring a lawyer.

Are they located in NM? You can contact NM's AG office they will direct you to the dept that handles these companies and you can file a complaint with them as well. I am going to try and find my contact's info who deals with these companie and I will pm it to you. Definately file a complaint in their state as well, the lady who worked with me was very helpful and upset when she found out the pdl wasn't even licensed in their state of NM. You can google New Mexico Attorney General and go to their site.

Also file a complaint with the BBB I did this one company and they settled with me for what my state legally said I owed. Hit them with a complaint everywhere you can.

I had read a post the other day with webpayday's address and if it is the same Webpayday, they have the same address as Arrowhead Investments and they are located in Utah.

I'm so confused w/ all these pdl's having dba's and diff addresses. the fax reads nationwidecash 314 north riverside dr espanola, NM 87532. It's the same rep that just won't quit! omg I'm so mad. Something so private as this being out in the open at my job no less. I wish i had been standing right there by the fax machine. once is bad enough, but twice?! I'm ready to hit them from every angle that I can. They said me not paying this bill incurs criminal and civil penalties which they can pursue.

OMG! Tell them that is a load of CRAP! And let them know that you know that they are illegally threatening you by saying they can bring criminal charges against you! I am so sick of them saying $h*t like that to people. They are idiots. Tell them they are committing felony by threatening you with that, it is called extortion and ask to get the potential penalties in writing so you can turn it over to the prosecutor! It will be forwarded to their counties prosecutor and somebody will come to THEIR office and arrest THEM! It has been done before. Tell them to bring it on! These idiots are a part of ameriloan and Rio.

I had something similar happen to me at work. The company called me and then threatened to call back while I wasn't in and speak to my boss about my debt. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission who then transferred my complaint to the AG of Texas.

How about a class action suit against webpayday? Recently,I agreed to a $500 loan. Two weeks later $650 was to be withdrawn from my account. That was the agreement. They took only $150. Four payments later they increased it to $200. It didn't happen. I only had $150 for them in the account. You just can't go into an account that's not yours and take out whatever you feel like. How about a little descency. How about a phone call.
