They are part of Westbury Ventures. Here is the contact info.

Westbury Ventures d/b/a PD6 Ventures/The Loan Shop
2756 N. Green Valley Pkwy
Henderson, NV 89014
Tel.: 800-853-7221

How much was the loan for, and how much have you paid on this loan in finance charges to date? Also, what state are you in? Depending on your state's payday loan laws, you most likely have already repaid the loan, allowable interest for your state, and then some, and are actually due a refund of overpayments.

Once you figure up how much you've paid them to date, and find out what your state's payday loan laws are, you are better prepared to stop them taking more money. You can contact your bank and tell them you want to block any future debits from this company, then you can send the loan company a letter quoting how much you've paid in total, what your state's laws are, and inform them that you no longer authorize debits to withdraw money from your bank account, and also want them to mark your loan as "paid in full." Advise them that you are going to file complaints with the Nevada Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General for the state you live in, and also the Dept. of Finance (or related Dept.) for your state. You can file the complaint on the Better Business Bureau's website, and in most cases, you can also file the other two complaints online as well.

Here is the latest discussion on PD6 Ventures.

Marshall, Tiffany gives good advice. Seems to me you have paid the full amount. You need to contact the pdl place and figure out the status of the account. If you have paid what your state laws allow, get the account closed by the company.

Hello. I am in Texas and Westbury Ventures is saying they are now attempting to build a case on me for non-payment. They say this will be turned over to the county attorney and charges brought against me. They also claim I will most likely have a warrant out. Is this possible after they have repeatedly debited my account causing my balance to go negative?

This is a lie to try and intimidate you into giving them money. I recomment filing a complaint with your AG as it is against the law for them to threaten you with arrest! You commited no crime. How much did you pay on this PDL and how much did you borrow? More than likely, you have paid this loan in full and we need to get this info to direct you appropriately in fighting back

Michael, no one can put you in jail over this! please see the sticky topic related to pay day loan laws for all of the states, located here. You need to contact your states banking department and attorney general.

Hey Guys thanks for the responses. I have 2 $300 loans so the principal balance is $600 but they say I owe $1100 now from late fees. I think I have paid $400 so far. I requested they stop debiting my account and I would send the payment in to them via Money Gram but they kept debiting. They also claim the charges against me will most likely be similar to me stealing a check and a fraud investigation is now pending. Needless to say, I am a little freaked. If they are indeed going to investigate, how long will the process take?

They just called yesterday and said if I just pay them $100 today that they can work with me. Should I hold off on making this payment?

They aren't going to investigate you. They are lying. They are only trying to scare more money out of you. What state are you in? And please do not be fooled by their false claims you are going to be investigated for any crime, you are not. Chances are they aren't even licensed to loan monies in your state. You need to file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office, and close and open and new account to take control back and keep them from debiting your account.

I am not sure how much I have paid to be honest. I know they have received something like $100 on each. I live in TEXAS: 12% per 14 day period.

Zero extension fees as far as I know. This is why I am kinda freaked cos they are not getting any money from me at this point and afraid they can pursue it.

ok so you technically owe $336 for each loan. You need to tell them that you will only pay them that amount. If you've paid $100 on each, that means you owe a balance of $236 on each. You need to outline that to them. Cite the texas pay day loan laws, etc. they cannot throw you in jail. Trust me. YOu need to settle with them on your terms, not theirs.

How long ago did you take these loans out?
