I received a 19.95 charge on my bank account I didn't authorize this. How do I get this reversed?

Your bank has the company name that authorized this debit. Tell them that you don't recognize this charge and want to dispute with the company. They will place a dispute with the company and get it verified. If nothing comes up, the charges will be reverted back to your account.
