received email that they will get back with me in a couple of days..should i get my old bank statements I have had a previous loan with them last year..and should i try and get a refund on that one too...how do we find out when our laws too effect??

what did you do to get a refund? I;ve paid these people over 900 on a 400 loan. Thanks for the help
