under contact us, they list a Mark Neil and Marty Sarim as vice presidents of operations. they even have a place to click to report a complaint to management. I tried to call them, at first the operator doesn't know who they are, but then someone else comes on and informs me they don't take calls.

they don't abide by the fdcpa either.

Just got a call from them this morning from this number 502-324-1322

I got a letter in the mail for me to change my address. I thought it was the post office. But, did some research and it is this company why?

Check with your local post office if you think it could be mail fraud.

got credit report says att wireless says i owe 10198 for service last year 9/13/2009 had att for 2 weeks and canceled service at time canceled rep from att asked ne why canceld told her did not like service gave here my home number and told here to call me our send bill never got phone call or bill almost a year later it comes up on credit report i called att and the gave me bcr phone number i called and all option where invald finally got thru and woman big hurry said would settle for 80 dollars called back att settle for 38 dollars bcr is lets make a deal
