Northway Debit is affiliated with Sonic Payday. They were originally doing business in Canada. There are many complaints against this loan company in the US for violating most of the federal and state laws.
Be proactive now. Go to your bank and request them to block this company from doing any debits in the future. If you can close your account, you must do it first.
How much is the loan for? Check the total payments from your bank statement and see if you have paid them any excess amount.
