Payday Loan Trying Offer Me Money....Again...

I had a loan with American Web Cash a year ago and struggled to pay them off. When I did, I didn't want anymore contact with them. Well, this week they sent me a letter indicating that I was plantinum status which means that I can borrow $1000 (of course $500 being taken out of my account every payday and of course, to make a payment, I will have to pay the $500 interest and the payment).

What part of I don't want a loan don't you understand? Why continue to send me emails offering me loans? They are not the only one as Cash Central will be willing to give me another loan if I just pay my loan in full.

What gives? I am struggling and tell them that I struggling with them to pay them off and then they want to offer me more money. It is ridiculous.

Basically, they're just trying to make more money off of you is my guess. And do they care if you're struggling? Not at all. That's no skin off their back. Is there somewhere in the e-mail that says you can be taken off their mailing list? Even having to read those is a waste of your time.

I received an email from one of my pdl's stating that they would reloan to me and forgive me for defaulting on the one I have right now. They probably are desparate for business and also think they can possibly get new banking info so they can start debiting for the defaulted loan.

I agree with you Brownsugar, they are probably trying to get the new bank information.
I am glad that we can not be fooled by the internet pdl's anymore.

Probably as soon someone says they are "struggling", it sends a signal to their employees that someone might, just might be desperate enough to fall for their lies!

I get those cards in the mail every week too - the ones covered in dollar bills, or showing some "happy person" holding a big wad of cash. I'm hanging on to them and when I have enough, I'm going to shred them all, dump them into an envelope and send them back to them.

Might let my dog pee on them first. Ok, that's probaby not very nice, I guess I shouldn't do that.

I got an e-mail from gfsil offering me more loans - they still haven't coughed up with the money that I over paid them. So I sent it back to them and cc the ftc, and the ag's office with another demand for my over payment back.

I was cleaning out my e-mail and found an e-mail from CashNetUSA demanding that I pay on the defaulted loan. I had just paid them off this last week which was pretty tough to do since it was a huge amount. Lo and behold, I scroll back to the top of the e-mail and find a brand new e-mail from CashNetUSA telling me that because of my good track record, I am now eligible for a discount and I am a Silver member. This is my latest one and I think it is so funny. I have been e-mailing them and saying I might be interested in another loan. Then I say my number has changed to please contact me. I then give them the direct phone number for Attorney Generals office. Guess what the dumb butts have been calling. LOL KYSIDE38
