Call the company Xpresscash (1-800-757-0122) and get the copy of your contract. You should have something in writing from the company so that you can read out the fine prints carefully and know if they were adding the charges as per the contract signed with you. If they were not following the state laws, you can file a dispute with the company and move on from there.

800-351-8820 is the number for Geneva Roth/Loanpoint USA; they are not the same company as DMS/XpressCash.

Saroeun, do you have a loan with XpressCash?

See their number at the top of this page and give a call to know about your account.
