Hello: I just called the number and a man
with a foreign accent just said "Rashul"?
Did you take a payday loan out recently?

I looked on www.whocalled.us and didn't find info.
I just called the number, and had this conversation:
Man: Hey, been waiting for you to call back! (tried to make it sound like a friend"
Me: Who is this?
Man: You tell me, who is this?
Me: Is this a place of business?
Man: Are you returning a call?
Me: No, I may have the wrong number. Who is this, is this a place of business?
Man: (snicker) Wrong number? We both know you have the right number!
Me: Could you please tell me the name of your business?
Man: Why are you playing games?
Me: Honestly, I'm not. If you would please tell me the name of your business, we can end this.
Man: Your quite a character!
Me: Your quite an ___________!
Me: Hung up!
Good luck with these guys! Oh boy!

I called this number and Denny(a) answered stating National Debt Center. This is a debt elimination program, 55 cents on the dollar. Still tried to get me in even when I stated I was paying off my "credit cards" with my IRS refund. He stated wouldn't I rather pay 55 cents on the dollar then the full amount. I stated morally I felt obliged to pay the full amount. I then asked him for a website and he gave me the address for attorneynetwork dot com and the great HESS & KENNEDY as the attys who represent them.
One interesting thing is that however their phone system is set up they rely heavily on some sort of caller ID, as he could not tell me any information about my situation other than he knew I was having issues with credit cards since I was not calling from the number that they called.
Hope this helps.
He also seemed to be confirming everything he said to me with someone in the background like he was in training or something

thank you for your help. This seems out of control. I almost want to call them up just to mess with them. There should be no collectors calling me so why and how did they get my number? Very interesting.

If you do ever speak with them, you need to either get an address, or more information about the company so you can research the address yourself. Then send a cease letter, which will stop all the calls.
