Does anyone have any info on this company if it's good or not? Got a bill from them and am in the process of sending a DV letter but thought I would ask if anyone has dealt with them before

What did they write in the letter? They must have validated your account in the letter. If you think the information is not correct, send a debt verification letter. They will check on the disputed item with the original creditor and reply you back with the correct info.
