I think it is US National Bank - they are scammers........they called me too.

I think that's a California number, but I'm not sure who it is exactly. If you are receiving threats, why don't you file a complaint ?? More people really need to follow through with complaining about these threatening phone calls.

So, what's the proper complaint procedure here in California? I mean, what's a debtor to do if a creditor keeps harassing?

1/13/2009 In Illinois . They're still at it. So many complaints against this operation yet no results. Who can one turn to for action. These guys are insideous.

They have been calling me for two days at my job. How do I get rid of them.
