I think that's a California number, but I'm not sure who it is exactly. If you are receiving threats, why don't you file a complaint ?? More people really need to follow through with complaining about these threatening phone calls. :?

So, what's the proper complaint procedure here in California? I mean, what's a debtor to do if a creditor keeps harassing?

1/13/2009 In Illinois . They're still at it. So many complaints against this operation yet no results. Who can one turn to for action. These guys are insideous.
