I got a call from 208-955-7248. I am assuming it's a collection agency. I wanted some background info before calling back.

Don't bother calling back. It will connect you to an offshore call center where someone with an accent you cannot understand will curse you and threaten you until you pay whatever number pops into their head. iCollect is just a trade name for Bahamas Marketing Group. They buy debt from other unlicensed lenders (BMG makes its own loans, too.), sell what they can and send the rest to these clowns.
