I received a call today from blue shore recovery stating that my husband took out a loan with CMGLLC in April of 2009 and did not pay it back. They said this company was putting a judgement against my husband if i didn't pay over 4000.00. i told them i wanted to check with my bank and make sure this was true about the loan. they said they needed money today. they put the amount owed down to 1350.00 if i gave them a promise to pay today and give them a pre-paid debit card number. they told me if the money isn't on the card on the day it is suppose to be they will file judgement against my husband. please help me let me know if this is true or not. i live in Illinois.
ready to go out of my mind with worry about this

being in IL myself i can say that CMG is not legal; in our state.in factr they are not legal in any state.the idiotic waste that called broke the law hand over fist.first file a police report as again the law was broken.next as ms.madigan has a file on this place file a complaint against CMG.then unless any piece of dirt that calls can produce anything except threats.they get hung up on,and ignored.
