All I could find is that its from a landline in California. Who Called Us had no reports of this number. I used a reverse phone look up.

Actually this number is a Los Angeles Verizon Wireless Cell Phone Number. I know because My cell phone has the same prefix

This number is part of the United Legal, etc scam. You can read more about them here on this website or I found the info on the 800notes.com website.
