Or at least that's what the name sounded like. Their phone number is 800-228-8996.

Has anyone ever dealt with them before or what the represent? I had a message on my telephone from them for my father. I tried calling them back but had to leave a message. Any help would be appreciated.

They're collection attorneys, but that's all the info I could find, nothing on the BBB site.

Nothing on BBB site? Doesn't surprise me, they are sharks.

I just recieved a summons to court from them stating they bought my debt from Chase Bank, but last months credit report still has my debt with Chase. My limit on the chase card was $3,000 and they want me to pay $8,600. guess I'm going to court.

They will not answer the phone so you will leave a mess. with your phone number. Then they can call you as often as they please, trying to get you to cave in regardless whether you owe or not. Threatening court dates. They can and will, regardless, freeze your bank accounts. Beware. But go to court! Request proof of ownership of account. They may not even have it if its been awhile.

so what you are saying bubbat is they can freeze accounts without a judgement, that is false false false.nobody can do that,or garnish without a court order.i do agree with part of this as if you get a summons respond, but no a threat of court should be researched first with your court clerk.
