Credit One Bank

I have an account with Credit One Bank, I paid my account up todate today. I also received a call from one of the men in their collection center. I told him that I had paid and to stop calling me and hung up the phone. He called back 2 minutes later and asked why I hung up on him. I again told him that I paid and to stop calling and hung up. He called BACK! and said he would keep calling.....Well he did 20 times in 10 minutes, each time hanging up when I answered. I called C1bank and complained to 2 different supervisors and I also filled out an online copmlaint with the FTC. What else should I do?

If you have caller ID, use it. Do not give hiim the satifaction.

THE REASON WHY HE KEPT CALLING YOU IS BECAUSE YOU KEEP ON HUNGING UP.WHY NOT TALK TO THE PERSON PROPERLY AND REQUEST YOUR NUMBER TO BE DELETED.IT'S JUST BEING A LITTLE CIVIL SOMETIMES.

cynthia the OP stated they told this mope the bill was paid stop calling.i had the displeasure of having there stupid card and they are horrible.please read the thread before talking down here ok?
