I am not sure if they go under other names, but I just scoured their website and they don't proivde a single email addres!! Shocked

What department are you looking for?

I'm sure I could probably hunt up a few different emails, but without knowing who exactly its going to would be pointless. I'm assuming you trying to establish a traceable contact with the company. Maybe you could start with customer service, and inquire to a working fax number or valid email.

Sarah, This is one of the companies that WV is suing. Go to http://www.wvrecord.com and search the payday loans for the press releases. The press releases tell where the company is located. KYSIDE38

Wow. These people are so crooked. Thank goodness I stumbled upon this forum.

Every address that I have given to the BBB comes up as invalid and no such address exists. Sigh. But the good news is, is that I checked my new bank account this morning, and ALL my money is in there! no more NSFs. Smile

Oh, and I am looking for any department, really, that I can start emailing my letter to about demanding a PIF. So, collections perhaps? Account manager? They go by so many names. Just one working email address with a person at the end of it, really.

I have been contacting this company with no luck. I applied for a loan but was denied. It shows as an inquiry on teletrack. I have been trying to get something in writing from them stating i dont owe them any money as my credit union needs it. They wont give me a payday loan without it. I am so frustrated. I am thinking about disputing the inquiry with teletrack as this company is not licensed in washington state.

Be thankful you were denied. You are better off asking a friend for a loan or collecting pop bottles--seriously. PDL companies are horrible to work with. IF you really really need to get a PDL go to one that is in your neighborhood making sure they are licenced with the state you are in.

OH i am thnakful now. I just dont know how to get the inquiries off my teletrack report. Teletrack says it takes up to 2 years for them to come off. I tried contacting them for a letter saying i dont owe anyhting and they wont help.

Don't worry about Teletrack; they just report what PDLs you've applied for. But someone may be able to help you out.

You can dispute items with teletrack, but it may be more work then it's worth. As Sarah said, really the only thing it stops you from getting are payday loans, rent to own furniture, and other sub prime, high interest loans.

Well i have to worry about it becasue it stops me from getting a loan thru my credit union. The need proof that i dont have a balance. You can only have 2 outstanding loans in Wa state. SInce they show as on teletrack, they need prrof that there is no balance. My credit union has a payday loan type service that is underwritten by another comapny. They only charge $10.00 per $100.00 you borrow.

I rather concentrate on paying my credit cards in a timely manner and paying my rent on time, and putting my little bit of money into a savings account and sit on the floor until I can get a new couch or whatever.

Sigh.

I am kind of bitter today!

I am not having any issues whith being caught in the payday loan cycle so its ok for me.

I think i will try to dispute with teletrack since the company is not licensed in Wa.
