I got mail from US District Court Settlement Adminstator. It says I am eligible to recieve a court approved refund of fees charged to eligible cards. The fees were based on foreign transactions, including both purchases and ATM withdrawals from Feb 1, 1996 to Nov 8, 2006.
Anyone else know what this is about?
Thanks for answers,
Ang

It's not from a credit card Lady, it's from US District Court Settlement Administrator. I have been out of the country quite a few times since 1996 but i'm clueless what this is all about!
