I called and talked to a Ben from there...He told me I owe 570.00 on a payday loan from 2006. I told him that I had already paid it off..he told me that I had not and I could make payment arrangements using my banking info...I said no- I told him to please send me something in writing to validate the loan and he hung up.....interesting but not suprised... Very Happy

I emailed my girlfriend this morning and told her that I got a call from them this morning and she said well a Ben had called her yesterday stating that he would work payment arrangements with her. She is in Indiana and the law that passed last summer (july) that payday loans had to be licensed or they are null and void...I told her to call back and tell "ben" this and see what he says then.....

You are a lifesaver.....loans made after july 07 that are not licensed are not legal and should null and void....I'm helping my girlfriend-she is still fighting these idiots.... Very Happy
