In scanning our wonderful Internet in doing research, I found this website. It is a listing of FiSCA state organizations. FiSCA stands for Financial Service Centers of America. It is an organization that covers small loan lenders (payday). Here in Canada, we have the group call Canadian Payday Lenders Association.

This page has a full listing of state sites. When you click on the appropriate website to your state, you can get a listing of Board of Directors which shows Company executive names and addresses for some of the payday companies we are fighting.

Interesting site.

I found this bit of information under the colorado financial services site.

It gives payday lender laws for each state.

I have been busy doing some investigative work and my own work has been keeping me up late at night too.

KSCornell, just to let you know, they only use a mailing address in Delaware, their actual address is in Surrey, British Columbia.

Sophia, you won't find any information on New York's site, because in the State of New York, payday loans are illegal, whether storefront or through the internet.
