Does anyone have contact info for them? What state do they operate out of? I'm looking for the address of their corporate headquarters and can't seem to find it.

No, they don't....or to phone calls, for that matter.
I went through HELL with HSBC two years ago after I lost my job and couldn't pay my mortgage. They held a second mortgage on my home and refused to return my phone calls or respond to certified letters or faxes while I was trying to sell it to keep the primary mortgager from foreclosing on it. I had a buyer ready to move in and BEGGED and PLEADED with them to return my calls, but they continued to ignore me until they effectively caused me to lose the buyer...and my home. It wasn't until HSBC found out that they had lost their lien on it that they finally began calling...wanting their money. I told them to leave me the hell alone, that by refusing to communicate with me while I was trying to sell my house, they had thrown away an $18,000 payment. They sold the debt to LVNV Funding and J. Frederick Hanna & Associates got a judgment against me. What was so funny (if there is any humor to be found in this nightmare), was their attempt to seize a non-existent bank account of mine (I had closed it months before). Both Hanna and Capital Management's (they belong to LVNV funding, too), phone numbers began showing up on my caller ID. The calls were sporadic at first, but gradually increased to as many as 4-6 calls an hour after several months. I finally had had enough, and had my phone disconnected and changed to an unlisted number.
That was eight months ago. Did they think I had just fallen off the turnip truck and was going to actually give them information which would enable them to garnish my paycheck? I don't THINK so! They had made their decision and I had made mine. They can pound sand until hell freezes over (or until I die...whichever comes first).
The moral of this story is: Stay AWAY from HSBC!
