I have sent a letter to the Texas attorney general regarding this company. Even after working with T & C they are still trying to get back more money from me. I figured out today I have paid $750.00 on a $300.00 loan since April. They tried to up my balance on the paper work T&C sent them, and claim to be licensed to do payday loans in Texas. I will see what the attorney general says..

I got an unsolicited e-mail from Capital Investment.This e-mail
stated that they loan to interested individuals from $5,000 at
a rate of %5 interest.When I went to the website that they
posted I was unable to locate it.There was a person listed as
Mr.Femi Cole as a contact.I am not interested at all in a loan
but was wondering if anyone else had gotten this e-mail before.

Liberty capitol is a false company and so is cash advance usa. they are an oversees scam company including the affidavid conservation service company that cash advance usa will use to "sue" you if you do not pay. funny thing is that i am dealing with them right now on a loan i never took, received, or applied for with no bank records of the supposive loan I received. I have reported them to the bbb and the federal trade commission now waiting on information about cash advance usa about the cfsa certification. lets see what happens i suggest people try and get their money back. This is a huge scam the bbb and the ftc recognize

I got the same phone call today-They stated that I took out a loan in December 2008 for $300. Which I never did! They wanted me to pay $575 today to get it taken care of. They said something like, "We are contacting people like you that do not pay back loans." I explained to them that I need to talk with my bank, etc. to get things straight. They also said they tried to take out $365 to pay back the loan 3 times-which they also never did. Now they say, "Fine-we were only trying to help get the matter resolved, I guess you can try and fight it in court and pay us up to $5000. Omg-I am freakin out. They have my bank account info. and I do not know how. What should I do?

i had fill out for a loan but no one was geting back to me. so one day i just say to myself look at my checking account and it say 300.00 was put in on aug 4.09 and i did not no.and that someone takeing some of it out and after that it was only 126.00 in the account.and now i have sfs on my checking account not for 90.00 which is 25.00 a pace.

Their emails probably went to your Spam box.

I jusat started getting calls from them and i have never had a loan with Cashadvanceusa so dont deal with these people and the lady told me at the cashadvanced place they are already looking into it.
