Roger, this isn't NCO- you need to contact them at the above number or address. Just make sure they are legally suppossed to be collecting, and the amount is correct.

Folks, This company is one of, if not THE most notorious medical collection agency out there. Their game goes something like this: They purposefully switch up their disputes mailing address from place to place..PA, DE, NY, FL, back to PA, back to NY, etc. for the simple fact that, if you are attempting to dispute something on your report, a very small percentage of disputes actually reach them in writing. This is legal. The second part of their gig is that they pursue active collections via telephone. You will rarely, if ever, receive anything in writing from them. This too, is legal. Their tactics are to belittle you and make you feel less-than-human and get you to pay what they claim you owe them via telephone via credit card. They do not like to deal in any way, shape, or form via mail. It leaves them vulnerable. They are famous for refusing to take things of credit reports and, when and if they do capitulate, have been known to re-report the item after it's been removed in dispute situations where they "lose" their claim and not collect any money from you. This is NOT legal, obviously.
Here's the deal. First, do not just cave and pay them the $$. Dispute every claim certified mail, return receipt requested, to whatever address they have on their website at the time. As of 3/24/2010 it's :http://www.ncogroup.com/Contact/Feedback_-_Info.html
NCO Financial Systems, Inc.
507 Prudential Road
Horsham, PA 19044
Next, and this is IMPERATIVE, get all three of your credit reports from annualcreditreport.com (NOT any of the BS places you always see commercials for) and dispute the NCO items to the three main agencies themselves. Trust me, they are familiar w/ NCO and, I understand, are very likely to simply remove the item instead of deal w NCO. Chances are, because these claims are mostly medically related you, as the consumer, have the law on your side and it's HIGHLY unlikely that NCO has any document with your signature on it to prove you owe the debt. Hound them, folks. They play very dirty pool. You have the right to fight back so please, do so.
GOOD LUCK!

Good work Jaz Trader

One of the important things you have to know when dealing with NCO-MEDCLR is their address will change and the way their names are furnished on your Credit Profile may appeared their address are not the same, always remember to use this address NO Matter What?

NCO Financial Systems, Inc.
507 Prudential Road
Horsham, PA 19044

Their game goes something like this: They purposefully switch up their disputes mailing address from place to place..PA, DE, NY, FL, back to PA, back to NY, etc. for the simple fact that, if you are attempting to dispute something on your report, a very small percentage of disputes actually reach them in writing
You also want to make them understand that you're not a fool, so your action in-advance should be notifying the authority of your county of any, Reports, identifying and correcting all discrepancies of NCO-MEDCLR. Never, ever forgets to give them your little piece of mind and this is how you let them know how serious you are, Provide them with the account number that appeared on your credit and start your written dispute by saying " Please be advised that my personal information was stolen and used to obtained asset and established fraudulent accounts. This has totally ragged and damaged my entire credit profile, however, (the county in which you live in should be provided as to the reference above) the county Police Department is currently conducting an proper investigation. Before and After, all collections activities must immediately cease under the fair credit practices.
