Hello! I just pulled my credit report and a company by the name of Allicance one receivables Mgmt inc claims I owe them money. Is this a collection agency? I have no idea what it is for or how to dispute it!

You dont open accounts with collection agencies.....the accounts are placed there by your creditors.

Have you called them to see what they are collecting on? You can dispute it but if it is a valid debt, it will come back as verified.
