I did a google search and found it to be a call from OCC, a Collection agency. I think that they have purchased any of your debt which they are trying to recover. You need not worry because as per the FDCPA, the creditor need to send you a DV notice within 5 days of initial communication in order to start the process of debt collection.

One Click Cash Recovery
52946 Hwy 12 Ste 3
Niobrara, NE 68760

Contrary to what is posted above, you should pay attention. The CA has to send you a DV letter 5 days after initial communication or contact...so if you spoke with them, a letter should be coming. If this was left on your caller ID, that is not considered communication so no letter will be coming. You have to watch CAs...they will sometimes try to slip things by without following the law.
