I have started getting random calls from this number on my cell phone. They never leave a voice message, and every single time I try to call back, from numerous phones, the number is always busy (during the day) or it rings forever, no answering machine, no one answers. Who is this???

And just a few seconds ago, they ask if I got their texts , I text them back and said they got the wrong number and don't text again. And suddenly they responed back in seconds.
