Thanks, I've got their phone number but I'm going to send them a letter. They took over $2,000 out of my account over a year's period of time. My original loan was with e-payday and then they starting using EME Marketing. They need to give me a refund. My loan was for $2,000. Anyone had any luck receiving refunds from these people?

I've never personally dealt with them, you do realize they are anillegal/not licensed lender? This means they will most likely harass you after they learn you are placing a stop to their debits.

I'm sure they will harass me and that is why I am considering going with Langhore debt solutions to take this over for me....I work for local government and I don't need the harassment at my job. All contact will be handled by Langhorne. I'm sure that I will probably overpay them as well but it is minimal compared to what I've been paying and I won't have to deal with the aggrevation from these horrible people!!!

That really is a shame, too many of these no good for nothing lenders get away with it. Personally, I wouldn't give them (the payday lenders) the satisfaction of getting another penny of my money, but that's just me. Some how - some way these lenders who lend to people knowingly it's not legal need to be put out of business, the only way that will happen is if more people file complaints against them and refuse to pay them any more than what is due them. But each person has their own way of dealing with this situation, and their own reasons for doing it.
