All I can see is that it's from New York. Most likely a spoofed number so you can't call them back. I am guessing you had a payday loan?
I would not worry too much about it but if it is a payday loan and they threaten you at all with things like prison or arrest, hang up on them. They are baseless claims and just an attempt to get you to pay which is a word I like to call, EXTORTION. If I am right and it is a collector for a payday loan you should also ask them for their address, I almost bet they won't give it to you and will threaten you again with arrest if you don't pay over the phone right away. Just a heads up in case that happens, don't fall for it.
