when i return it to them will they still take out something from my bank?

i would watch your bank account after you return the loan.they could debit.if that happens you have to close your account and open a new one.some banks will do it the same day,and if you have direct deposit they can take care of that with the new account,but yes watch for any debits from this place.

ach is the method they used to deposit it and will use to take the money back. your bank will tell you that you can block it but in reality they will find ways to debit your account. i really would close the account and make sure it cannot reopen.

My cousin got a deposit from them on Friday and I asked did she fill out an application on their site. She said the only thing she did on Thursday was go to one of those sites, that have the fine print on the bottom saying they are not an actual lender but once you complete the application it will send it to mulitple lenders. It appears that is how Star Cash Processing is making these loans. They don't have an actual website. I would be a little skeptical of a company who doesnt even do anything to verify just dropping deposits in peoples accounts the next day. She actually went into her bank and told them to send the deposit back.

whats weird with my situation is that in no way have i applied for a payday loan in well over a year at this point.. i am assuming I had something with them in the past and they are suddenly coming out of nowhere (i know that happens, or maybe someone else sold it to them). i know i have no had any deposits lately and they do not know my new account info, so they did not try to take anything out.

These places are so crazy, it just irritates me how so many times I applied for these stupid things years ago with these online places and now my SSN is just floating around in the hands of these idots. I wish I could have an identity makeover..LOL.

i know! my idenity was stolen and i really do blame it on when i was stupid enough to give out my personal info to no name companies over the internet

those days are offer for me but the effects are still here (reported to chex system, harrassment, stolen idenity..)

OMG!!!! I JUST SPENT THE $150 THEY SENT ME. I HAVE CALLED THEM FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS TO HAVE THEM SEND ME SOME TYPE OF CONTRACT OR SOMETHING IN WRITING. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT YET. I AM SOOOOOO SCARED BECAUSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IS THROUGH MY SCHOOL, SO I DON'T THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT.....I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW I EVEN GOT THIS MONEY BECAUSE I DIDN'T FILL OUT AN APPLICATION WITH THESE PEOPLE. I FILLED OUT A APPLICSTION ON CHECKNGO.COM AND NOW I GET HUNDREDS OF EMAILS FROM PAYDAY PEOPLE AND PHONE CALLS AND EVEN TEXT MESSAGES TO MY PHONE.... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT. ANY SUGGESTIONS?????????????????

my suggestion would be to close your account. it can be done. than contact them the best you can to send payments in for the $150.

I applied for a loan and was told that the loan was sent out to my bank on Friday 6/19 at midnight and here it is Tuesday 6/23 and no sign of any pending deposits from them. My bank shows nothing and they are saying that they sent it out. This has been back and forth for two days now. I think that they are a total scam I am calling back today to cancel the entire thing. Its possible that they might try and take the money back on my next payday which is crazy due to the fact that I have not received any funds. RIP-OFF!!!!!!

It's probably best that the deposit didn't make it into your account...cause these people seem real shady. But I would defiantly watch your account because if they are claiming they sent it out then you are right they might try to take a payment on your pay date.

Star cash processing put money in my account and I didn't apply with then or sign any paperwork. I called their customer service number and it said their office was closed. I'm going to check with my bank. Any other suggestions? I spent the money before checking my account thinking it was a differrent deposit.
