I received a loan from Star Cash Processing in August. They debit the refinance charge of $90.00 from my account bi-weekly. I printed out the loan documents. This is extremely important because it explains renewal and pay down options. There is an e-mail address and phone number mentioned in the document where customer service reps can be contacted in case you do not wish to renew your loan and payout your balance.

I call the number listed in the loan documents and the number appears to be functioning. I will attempt to call back during normal business hours to speak to a customer representative.
