I received a loan from Star Cash Processing in August. They debit the refinance charge of $90.00 from my account bi-weekly. I printed out the loan documents. This is extremely important because it explains renewal and pay down options. There is an e-mail address and phone number mentioned in the document where customer service reps can be contacted in case you do not wish to renew your loan and payout your balance.

I call the number listed in the loan documents and the number appears to be functioning. I will attempt to call back during normal business hours to speak to a customer representative.

You all need to understand, before giving your private info to any site on the internet, be sure to read the site. These folks do perform a verification. They contacted my employer yesterday and verified I work here. I also viewed their offer and it indicated moving forward was confirmation of electronic acceptance. People truly need to slow down and read again. And before anyone decides to challenge me, I'm not a plant. I am a real person whom resides in California and received a payday loan from this company. And quite honestly, I don't find anything they have done to be illegal or unauthorized. If you are just wanting to "inquire" on what payday loans are about, you don't need to supply your bank info. Those whom have opened themselves to these issues.

check back when they ignore your requests to payoff,keep debiting your account,and treat you like garbage if you protest.this is a scam loan,and i wish you luck in dealing with them,but don't come on and preach.you will regret getting this loan..mark my words.
