I received a call from an Investigator Johnson who was with Superior Assets Management. The number he called from was 678-701-5659. I asked that he send proof of debt to me in the mail. He said he could fax it and I said no I wanted it sent to me via USPS. He kept trying to get information out of me but I would not confirm anything except my address for him to mail me the proof of debt. He even had my e-mail address wrong. I told him I had had identity theft back in March of this year. I told him that I knew he was a scam and that I had already reported another group Financial Crime Investigation to my police department and that I would be calling the police again to add him to my report. He claimed he was the middle man between me and some legal matters. In the end he got mad when I wouldn't give any information and kept requesting that he send proof of the debt in the mail and then I would take care of it if it was indeed a valid debt(which I know it isn't or he wouldn't have tried to dodge my request of sending proof of the debt). He said he would do one better that he would fax some letter he claims to have to my local police department and that they could pick me up. Give me a break, he broke the law then by threatening to do that plus he also was trying to avoid the issue of sending me proof of my supposed debt in the mail. Ironically, when you call that number it claims it is the number for JR Bailey and asks you to say your name at the beep and press pound so they can get you to the right person. What I did was press the pound after the beep and it send me to the voice mail of JR Bailey.
I went so far as to call Superior Asset Management which the person I talked to was actually a very pleasent individual and he verified that I had no debt with them. He was going to let his supervisor know about what had happened so I guess they could investigate it. There are too many of these low life phoney debt collectors out there now. I truly wish we could do something about all of this and stop them in their tracks.

By the way, 800-895-2989
that number is the correct number to Superior Asset Management.
