I wonder about the authenticity of this debt collection service. Seems they are collecting for a VERY old debt that is hard to prove I actually have. Never received any notes from them. They seem to be difficult to talk with to get information etc...even though I would seriously want to pay this debt if it was real......

Superior Management promised me that if I would pay this account off that I owed that they would remove this report from allthree credit bureau. They told me allI had to do was write a letter and it would be removed now I cannot locate them and the credit bureau cannot remove them, Do anyone know of a good number.,
Despite everything that I read about SAM online, I just had a very positive experience. Granted I can admit that I did indeed owe T-Mobil for their early termination fee. Shawna was very helpful. I was crazy about giving my credit card info to her over the phone, but I wanted them to stop calling my extended family.

These people seem to be a bunch of crooks: They use different 800,600,numbers posted unkown. I have contacted the Attorney General's office in my State . He assured me that his office would look into matter, and that can track the numbers. I am not going to pay one dime of my hard earned money until I hear from his office
there is no more superior asset they sold out to HOV services in San Jose, CA the ops mgr is a real piece of work as well as the managers but they still answer the phone as superior the physical address is in ATL 1000 abernathy rd bldg 400 ste 165 its down the street from perimeter mall
my mom got a call from them asking for me. she said that I would call them back but when I called them, they said they were looking for my mom. Then they had her old last name, and wrong ss number. Why would they know this info and what would her family (me) have anything to do with it?

Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the pay off amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
