Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay, P.C
His office is breaking FDCP Rules. They have called all the Stenzel's in largo, FL. and left phone messages with case #. This is third party information and against the law. I will take legal action against this firm. All the massages are saved on their answering machine. Also I will call FDCP and file a complaint against the Mitchell N. Kay law firm.

How do you come to know about what happened to others?

Anyway, leaving recorded message is surely a violation of FDCPA rights. Go get 'em!!

Well Stenzel, communicating with any other person other than you without your consent is a violation of FDCPA. They can communicate only with your permission or if the section 804 of the court permits.
You may file a complaint with the State AG along with the FTC.
