I too got a call from this company on 03/19/10 threatening legal action and to take the matter to court in the county I live in. I tried calling back the number to see if it would say the company name on their voice mail as when I called it was around 11:30PM ET and all I got was a voice mail and the recording was a woman's voice and after it went through the greeting, it said the mailbox was full and that an error had occurred. It almost sounds like this company is stealing victims identity. Check your credit reports to see if an affidavit has been entered against you. This is the best advice I can think of.
