Would you know who uses these numbers? I get a lot of calls from 1800service with tehse numbers but there is no answer when I pick up.

This number 1 866 429 4425 belongs to Universal Data, a collection agency. I think that they are calling you for any past debt which you have not repaid till date. However, you need not worry about the call till the time you receive a collection letter from them.
