I owe them money, but have no address or any way to get in touch with them. They haven'y called me or anything and I know that my payment was returned to them. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm..strange. I originally got this loan through Arrowhead. Are they related in any way?

Do you have the agreement copy from Arrowhead?

More than likely they are. File a complaint with your AG's office. I had a loan that I overpaid and was paying and paying on until I took control. Filed my complaint and they backed off, you probably won't hear from them.

Steelers, did you get any refund after filing the complaint?

No, but then again, I wasn't asking for a refund, I wanted to be marked paid in full and get the ipdl ordeal done and over with.

That's good because you now have the proof of the account been PIF. Is there any good chance to claim for a refund from them? It never hurts to try unless it's too old. Maybe, it will be nice to see that portion of your money coming back. Maybe, your AG will be a good help. Have you thought about it?

That was last year, so I think the time to request a refund may have come and gone. Plus, we have a new AG and all new staff in the office. I'm just happy to have that behind me now. (And I'm also happy we have a new AG.) I recently went through a mess where a ipdl from last year took money from an account, but I have dealt with that and I did finally get that money back from my bank, I have since switched banks since that should never have happened to begin with.

An informed consumer is the best opponent of these ipdl's. They can't throw any crap on people who have long sad experiences dealing with such loans. You stand strong and confident, steelers. Good luck!!
